Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was so helpful to accommodate our plans and interests, offering spacious, comfy, and very clean rooms that had enough room for our whole party to sit comfortably, although there was a slight chemical odor. The service was very welcoming with a mostly friendly, polite, and helpful staff, albeit needing some improvement in promptness. The location was great, with very nice and knowledgeable staff, right on the trolley line for convenience, close to the city's famous St Charles Avenue, offering a good balance of proximity to The Crescent City and the French Quarter. The dining experience ranged from a great start with delicious homemade biscuits to a little boring with limited variety and makeshift options to your room picnic style. The facilities were sufficient though basic. Overall, a good value for money choice for travelers.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room had all the facilities I needed, and it was clean and inviting. However, the noise from the air conditioning unit was a major drawback, waking me up at night. Also, the housekeeping service was inconsistent despite our requests.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with a great view and a huge balcony, and they were extremely nice for the price. The service was simply amazing, with the staff being welcoming and accommodating, making our extended stay enjoyable. The location was simply perfect for our needs, with easy access to the trolley to get to the French Quarter and downtown. The dining options were somewhat limited, but we enjoyed the organic Quebec cheeses. Overall, a great value for money!
